Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Manager to oversee pre- and post-close due diligence for M&A and to act as LATAM (excl. Brazil) compliance partner.

You will collaborate with Legal, Regulatory and business leaders, and manage external counsel and consultants as needed. The role requires strong ethics and healthcare compliance expertise, fluency in English and Spanish, and a track record in cross-border regulatory work.

Qualifications

• Experience in ethics, compliance and/or legal in pharma/healthcare sectors.
• Knowledge of data privacy, anti-bribery, and regulatory reporting preferred.
• Ability to manage cross-border regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead ethics & compliance due diligence for global M&A deals (pre/post-close).
• Act as LATAM Ethics & Compliance partner (excl. Brazil) with regional guidance.
• Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory and business leaders; manage third parties.
• Prepare assessments, remediation plans, and stakeholder presentations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement plans to ensure compliance.
