Equal Parts in Austin, TX is seeking an M&A Analyst focused on deal origination to scale our national acquisition engine. This is a strategic role that blends market intelligence, relationship-driven sourcing, and financial analysis for end-to-end deal support.

Your mandate: identify exceptional agencies, cultivate owner relationships, and advance opportunities through the deal lifecycle with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or strategic business development.
• Experience with origination, sourcing, or relationship-driven dealmaking.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to normalize and interpret financial statements.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Market & Deal Origination: develop market understanding, identify target profiles, and surface opportunities.
• Relationship Development & Deal Engagement: contact agency owners, conduct discovery, and build credibility.
• Financial & Operational Evaluation: review statements, normalize EBITDA, and build preliminary business cases.
• End-to-End Deal Lifecycle Contribution: advance opportunities from outreach through LOI and diligence.
