Marathon Petroleum Findlay, OH invites applications for a Business Development Advisor - M&A. This role leads all phases of the deal life cycle, from origination to post-close integration, working with Corporate Strategy and Portfolio Optimization to accelerate inorganic growth.

Based at Findlay campus, you will coordinate legal agreements, lead due diligence, and partner with external advisors to identify top targets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with M&A and commercial contracts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leads all phases of the deal life cycle.
• Coordinates the development and execution of legal agreements with Law.
• Organizes and leads meetings with internal SMEs to support due diligence.
• Engages external advisors/banks to support M&A transactions.
• Leads proactive screening to identify top acquisition targets.
• Maintains and improves an M&A toolkit for all deal phases.
