Job summary

Kestra Holdings is seeking an Operations - Data & Operations Integration Lead in Austin, TX. You will own end-to-end data readiness, cleanup, and migration as firms move from legacy systems into our enterprise platforms, partnering with IT resources.

You’ll lead data discovery, mappings, and migrations across CRM, portals, reporting, and trading systems, ensuring data integrity before and after migrations while coordinating with platforms and acquired firms.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of wealth management, fintech, financial services operations experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
  • CDMP (DAMA), ASQ Data Quality Credential, CIMP – Data Quality preferred.
  • Direct experience with advisor technology platforms (Salesforce, Redtail, Orion, Black Diamond, Addepar, Tamarac) or similar systems.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting data migrations, platform integrations, or system conversions.
  • Familiarity with RIA regulatory considerations (SEC) and data security best practices.
  • Experience supporting enterprise platform implementations or major system transformations within wealth management or financial services.
  • Familiarity with integration concepts such as APIs, data mapping, ETL processes and tools (Informatica, Talend, Matillion, Fivetran), or vendor-led conversions a plus.
  • Familiarity with data cleansing and quality tools (integrate.io, DemandTools, TIBCO Clarity), Analysis and QA platforms (Alteryx, MammothAnalytics), Streaming/CDC systems (Kafka, Debezium)

Responsibilities

  • Lead data discovery, mapping, cleanup, and migration activities for acquired RIAs transitioning into the corporate RIA.
  • Own end-to-end data readiness planning to ensure legacy data is clean, consistent, and migration-ready prior to system conversions.
  • Execute and oversee data migrations across key advisor platforms (CRM, portals, performance reporting, trading and portfolio systems).
  • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity before and after migrations.
  • Serve as the primary technology and data integration partner for newly acquired firms.
  • Coordinate migration timelines and dependencies across internal teams and external technology providers.
  • Develop repeatable, scalable data migration and integration processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality standards and ongoing governance.

The Data & Operations Integration Leadwill own the end-to-end data readiness, cleanup, and migration process as firms move from legacy systems into our enterprise platformsin partnership with resources from IT. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, data, and operations in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment.

The Data &OperationsIntegration Leadis responsible forensuring thatdata fromacquiredRIAs is accurately prepared,validated, and migrated into the firm’s standardized technology ecosystem. This role will spearhead data cleanup efforts, coordinate migrations across multiple systems, and work cross-functionally to ensure seamless transitions with minimal disruption to advisors and clients.In addition to integration execution, this role will help shape scalable, standardized data and operational processes that support ongoing growth and future acquisitions.

This individual will act as thecentral pointof accountability for data integrity and migration execution, partnering closely with internal platform teams, external vendors, andacquiredfirms.

What Y ou’ll Do:

  • Lead data discovery, mapping, cleanup, and migration activities foracquiredRIAs transitioning into the corporate RIA.
  • Own end-to-end data readiness planning to ensure legacy data is in a clean, consistent, and migration-ready state prior to system conversions.
  • Execute and oversee data migrations across key advisor platforms, including:
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Investor / Client Portals
  • Performance Reporting
  • Trading and Portfolio Management systems
  • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity before and after migrations.
  • Serve as the primary technology and data integration partner for newlyacquiredfirms.
  • Assess existing RIA technology stacks data structures toidentifyrisks, gaps, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate migration timelines and dependencies across internal teams and external technology providers.
  • Ensure smooth advisor and staff experience throughout the transition process.
  • Help develop and refine repeatable, scalable data migration and integration processes.
  • Identifyopportunities to improve data quality standards and ongoing data governance practices.
  • Partner with platform, compliance, and operations teams to ensure migrations align with regulatory and security requirements.
  • Supportadoptionof standardized systems and best practices following migration.
  • Partner with Platform, Technology, and Shared Services teams to help design and implement standardized operational and data processes as new enterprise technology is introduced into the common tech stack.
  • Support the definition of data standards, workflows, and integration requirements for new systems prior to rollout.
  • Ensure new enterprise tools are implemented in a way that supports scalability, data integrity, and repeatable onboarding for future acquisitions.
  • Document data flows, integration dependencies, and operational processes to support consistency and knowledge transfer.
  • Act as a bridge between product, technology, and operations to ensure data readiness and adoption are addressed early in theimplementationlifecycle.

What You Bring :
