Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of corporate transactional experience.
• Active CT Bar admission or ability to become admitted promptly.
• Experience with M&A and drafting commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, and a broad range of business transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, purchase agreements, and corporate documents.
• Advise on corporate governance, entity formation, and general corporate matters.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys to develop practical, business-focused strategies.
• Build meaningful client relationships while gradually assuming greater responsibility.
• Contribute to growth of the corporate and business services team.
