Insight Global is seeking a Manager, M&A & Corp Finance to join a high-visibility team evaluating and executing strategic acquisitions and investments in a Media/Telecom/Tech focused organization.

The role requires strong buy-side M&A experience, advanced financial modeling, and the ability to conduct rigorous due diligence on deals ranging from roughly $50M to over $1B, with exposure to executive leadership including CFO and CEO.

Formación

• 2+ years Investment Banking experience with a focus on TMT or M&A.
• 2+ years Private Equity or related experience such as Corporate Development or Big 4 Transaction Advisory.
• Strong buy-side M&A transaction experience and financial modeling skills.
• Experience conducting due diligence and evaluating transaction opportunities.
• Ability to manage full transaction lifecycle from diligence through execution.
• Strong written communication and presentation development for senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and execute strategic acquisitions and investments for a media/tech organization.
• Prepare investment recommendations and present analyses to CFO/CEO-level stakeholders.
• Lead full transaction processes from diligence to closing in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and manage multiple projects.
