• 7+ years of post-qualification M&A and corporate finance experience.

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, securities regulations and deal structuring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all legal aspects of M&A transactions from due diligence to closing.
• Advise senior management and the board on legal strategies and risks.
• Ensure compliance with securities laws and corporate governance during transactions.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and business development to structure deals.
• Oversee post-closing integration from a legal perspective.
• Liaise with external counsel, bankers and other advisors.
