The ideal candidate has a JD, active bar status, and at least 4 years of corporate law experience, with strong research, writing, and communication skills. A client-focused, detail-oriented, team-friendly professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing with all applicable bar associations.
• 4+ years of experience practicing corporate law.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide informed and strategic advice to clients.
