LeoForce is a leading Florida-based law firm seeking a Corporate Associate for our Tampa office to handle mergers and acquisitions, governance, and compliance as part of a collaborative team. The role offers exposure to cross-border transactions and a client-centered practice in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate holds a JD and Florida Bar, with at least 3 years in corporate law, strong analytical and negotiation abilities, and a commitment to professional ethics and teamwork.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school and Florida Bar admission.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate law experience with mergers and acquisitions focus.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; teamwork and ethics required.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate documents such as contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
• Advise clients on legal risks, business strategies, and other corporate matters.
• Conduct due diligence and manage transactional processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive legal advice.
