Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation window Dec 2027–Aug 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of the assigned office and travel up to 50%.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into workflows to boost productivity and insight.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Mergers & Acquisitions projects.
• Support due diligence site visits and assess operational/tech strategies.
• Prepare work plans, agendas, and deliverables for diligence sessions.
• Help deliver post-close projects to improve value creation and efficiency.
• Contribute to West Monroe’s M&A methodologies and client delivery.
