Job description

SYSTEMTEC is seeking an M&A Business Analyst for a remote opportunity. The candidate will provide expertise throughout the M&A process, from due diligence to integration.

Required Qualifications of the M&A Business Analyst:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with third-party agencies.
• Must have Business Analyst experience, preferably in Mergers and Acquisitions.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities of the M&A Business Analyst:

• Collaborate with IT teams to develop due diligence questions and gather relevant data.
• Translate deal thesis, pro formas, due diligence findings, legal findings, and other M&A documents into business and technical requirements documentation.
• Assist the M&A IT Project Manager in defining and sizing IT project scope and work activities.
• Facilitate discovery, refinement, and documentation of business requirements with IT and business partners.

Work Location: Remote, EST hours.
