A leading law firm in Austin is seeking two talented Associate Attorneys specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity. This role offers the chance to work on complex transactions within a flexible environment. Ideal candidates will have 2–7 years of experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and ideally a background in Big Law. Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience in M&A and/or Private Equity.
• Big Law experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on M&A and private equity transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Conduct due diligence and support deal execution.
• Manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.
