We are seeking up to two talented Associate Attorneys to join a growing practice focused on Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to work on sophisticated transactions while maintaining a more balanced and flexible billable structure.

What You’ll Do

• Advise clients on M&A and private equity transactions
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents
• Conduct due diligence and support deal execution
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on strategic matters
• Manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience (ideal range)
• Experience in M&A and/or Private Equity required
• Big Law experience strongly preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between [$145,000 – $300,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
