Qualifications

• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements and ancillary transaction documentation
