Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in San Francisco seeks an Associate/VP in M&A to drive the full cycle of transaction execution, from marketing pitches to client presentations. You will lead teams, review analyses with analysts, and help senior bankers deliver on complex deals while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an investment banking front office role.
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Understanding of the transaction cycle with execution focus.
• Excellent communication with senior professionals, clients, and stakeholders.
• Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for strategic client meetings on M&A transactions.
• Interact daily with senior team members and client management to execute deals.
• Define and review detailed valuation analyses (DCF, comps, LBOs).
• Lead financial analyses for transactions and pitch situations.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to Analysts.
• Participate in graduate recruiting.
