Qualifications

• 3 years of front-office investment banking experience.
• Experience in a relevant top-tier consulting role is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Execution oriented with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A transactions.
• Interact with senior team members and client management to execute transactions.
• Defining and reviewing detailed valuation analysis (DCF, comps, LBO).
• Defining and reviewing financial analyses in M&A contexts.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to Associates and Analysts.
• Participate in graduate recruiting.
