Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in corporate transactional work
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity transactions
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deals and work in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative and client-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Support mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions from inception through closing
• Draft and negotiate primary and ancillary transaction documents
• Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction structuring and execution
• Coordinate deal processes, including managing timelines and working with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members on complex corporate and transactional matters
• Assist with post-closing matters and ongoing client advisory work
