Qualifications

• First-year associate candidate or equivalent with 5+ years of industry experience.
• Able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work long hours in an in-office, on-call role.
• Demonstrated academic performance and prior work experience.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication tailored to audience.

Responsibilities

• Drive work forward in partnership with analysts.
• Work closely with clients and senior bankers.
• Manage multiple workstreams while maintaining quality.
• Support the full lifecycle of client engagements.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality client-ready work products.
• Analyze complex data sets and identify trends.
• Translate data into actionable insights and deal strategy.
• Contribute to client recommendations and perspectives.
• Attend deal team meetings in person.
• Respond promptly to emails and calls in an on-call, in-office role.
