Job summary

SRS Acquiom Inc. is seeking an Associate Attorney for the Deal Intake group.

The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and finalizing engagement documents for shareholder representation, coordinating with teams and external counsel, and managing deals through closing with autonomy. Ideal candidates have a J.D., state licensure, and 1–2 years of post-law school experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Deal team and external counsel; communicate with external deal parties.
• Review, negotiate, and finalize transaction documents (merger agreements, engagement letters, escrow and paying agent agreements, NDAs).
• Manage deals through closing with a high degree of autonomy.
• Maintain expertise in M&A market terms and follow approved procedures.
