Job summary

Alliance Animal Health seeks an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to join our fast-growing, private-equity-backed veterinary services team in the US. You will partner with Finance & M&A leadership to evaluate opportunities, build models, and prepare deal materials for investment committees.

This role requires 2+ years in accounting or corporate finance, strong Excel skills, and comfort using AI tools to enhance analysis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years accounting or corporate finance experience in a multi-unit environment.
• BS/BA from a 4-year accredited institution is required.
• Experience preparing financial & market analyses for geographic areas.
• Advanced Excel with large data sets; proficient in financial modeling.
• Comfort using AI tools to support financial analysis and presentations.
• Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information from practice owners and participate in investment committee discussions.
• Update financial models to assess profitability of target hospitals.
• Assist in drafting LOIs for target practices.
• Prepare deal summaries and presentations for committees and sellers.
• Support due diligence by reviewing financial statements and flagging risks.
