Job summary

Harris Computer in North Carolina is seeking an M&A professional to support our acquired growth strategy. This full-stack role provides the opportunity to add value across the entire acquisition lifecycle, including researching, meeting prospects, and conducting diligence.

The ideal candidate will possess direct experience in M&A or investment banking, a strong educational background, and excellent analytical and communication skills. This position also considers remote candidates within North America.

Qualifications

• Experience directly in M&A, transaction advisory, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong understanding of software & VMS as an asset.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and build financial models.
