Responsibilities include preparing presentations, coordinating due diligence, supporting sell-side transactions, conducting industry research, and building relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Investment Banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Strong closed M&A deal experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver presentations throughout the deal execution period.
• Coordinate internal and external resources in the due diligence process for M&A transactions.
• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, mostly on sell-side.
• Conduct extensive industry, market, and company-specific research.
• Build and maintain client relations with established and prospective clients.
