Thrive Physical Therapy Partners in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with Finance, Accounting & Operations in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The role supports practice management and investment team with data-driven insights in a high-growth healthcare network.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in finance/transaction roles or FP&A with strong Excel and Power BI skills, plus experience in acquisitions or private equity.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of finance/acquisition/transaction experience or industry financial analysis in healthcare or private equity.
• Previous FP&A or Financial Analyst experience.
• Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting.
• CPA or CFA preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and data query tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal and external reporting packages (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual).
• Develop and track metrics and KPI dashboards to forecast trends.
• Coordinate and prepare annual financial plans for business units.
• Analyze financial data for forecasting and variance analysis.
• Create presentation materials on operational activity.
• Collaborate with senior management and investment team on analyses.
