Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Healthcare Transactions Associate to join its healthcare practice in Chicago, IL. The associate will be a key member of deal teams, advising clients on healthcare and legal management services organization transactions.

The role requires 2-6 years of corporate and M&A experience, preferably with healthcare transactions, and strong drafting and negotiation skills to manage due diligence and supervise junior associates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of corporate and M&A experience, with healthcare transactions experience preferred.
• Experience in private practice or law firm preferred; private equity experience is a plus.
• Relevant transactional experience from in-house roles considered.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, organizational, and project management skills.
• Sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
