Qualifications

• 12-18 months of Investment Banking or related professional experience.
• Strong quantitative and accounting skills with broad finance knowledge.
• Experience on M&A advisory engagements, including cross-border work welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and participate in the execution of M&A transactions.
• Support senior bankers to develop marketing leads and ideas to generate new business.
• Define and prepare financial and technical analyses for various M&A engagements (public and private).
• Assist senior bankers in due diligence and process management.
• Prepare key transaction documents and deal marketing materials.
• Conduct due diligence and assess business plans, growth prospects and performance.
• Perform valuation analyses (comparables, precedent transactions, LBO, DCF).
• Attend meetings with client senior team members.
• Travel as required to support deal execution.
