Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, corporate finance, or management consulting.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience with data rooms and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in valuation exercises using comparables, precedent transactions, and discounted cash flow modeling.
• Support due diligence by gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial, legal, and operational information from target companies.
• Maintain and manage data rooms throughout transaction processes.
• Assist with the preparation of investment memoranda and executive presentations.
• Conduct research to screen and qualify potential M&A opportunities.
• Contribute to broader internal strategic initiatives and investment strategy.
