Cardone Ventures in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking an M&A Analyst to support origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of the firm's acquisitions and investments, working directly with the Buy/Sell and Partnership teams on internal and client transactions.

The role requires 2–4+ years in M&A, strong Excel and financial modeling, and the ability to manage data rooms, prepare investment memoranda, and conduct market research; it is a full-time, onsite position.

Competenze

• 2-4+ years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, corporate finance, or management consulting.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience with data rooms and due diligence.
