We are looking for an M&A Analyst who will report to the Director, M&A. This role is part of a team that leads project acquisition and divestiture efforts in the U.S. for utility‑scale wind, solar, and battery storage. The analyst will provide a holistic view of deal origination, project and portfolio diligence, valuation, and transaction negotiation and execution.
Salt Lake City (UT), Louisville (CO), Houston, NYC, or any other state within the U.S. where AES has an office.
The expected salary for this position at commencement of employment is between $71,000 and $85,850 per year; base pay may vary by location, knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes an annual bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) eligibility, and paid time off (vacation, sick leave, and parental leave). If hired, the employee will be in an at‑will position, and the company reserves the right to modify base salary and other discretionary payments at any time.
