Blue Ops Partners is seeking a Manager on its M&A Transaction Advisory team to own client engagements end-to-end, lead the modeling and data work, and coach junior team members. You will serve as the primary contact, manage scope and timelines, and apply AI-driven analytics to deliver deal-ready insights.

The role emphasizes leadership, client relationship management, and the ability to navigate ambiguous engagements while growing into senior leadership within the organization.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance with strong academic record.
• CPA strongly preferred; CFA or MBA a plus.
• Experience leading client engagements from kickoff through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own engagements end-to-end as a Manager on the M&A Transaction Advisory team.
• Lead modeling and data work, ensuring the team focuses on the right problems.
• Coach Associates and Senior Associates to build stronger teams.
• Present findings and recommendations, telling the data story to clients.
