Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Accountant, M&A Accounting to help accelerate global integrations and support complex financial consolidations in a high-growth environment.

You will contribute to pre-close due diligence, Day One readiness, and post-acquisition balance-sheet work while collaborating with Corporate Development, Legal, Tax, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired entities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting or consulting experience at Senior/Manager level.
• Experience supporting M&A accounting, financial due diligence, or business integrations.
• Familiarity with IFRS or equivalent in other jurisdictions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively support a dedicated M&A accounting team in centralizing and executing all related activities.
• Support pre-close accounting and tax due diligence for target acquisitions.
• Draft closing statements and schedules; assist with Day One post-acquisition readiness.
• Travel on Day One post-acquisition to provide overviews of acquired entities.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Legal, Tax, and other cross-functional teams.
