Job summary

This role participates in team projects and may revise documents under supervision, with a start time based on business needs and a standard 8‑hour day. The position requires a high regard for detail and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience in a cleanroom environment following GMP and GDP is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive, accountable, and able to provide feedback openly.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with supervisor and planner to ensure builds occur on time.
• Confirm raw materials are received, prepared, and ready for manufacturing builds.
• Ability to solve problems or escalate, as needed.
• Follow established procedures and training.
• Follow GMP and GDP.
• Ensure materials are appropriately handled.
• Commit to a high degree of detail, quality, and focus.
• Coordinate smooth transfers between shifts.
• Coordinate with other departments to help ensure all AMS goals are achieved.
