Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Therapist to provide evaluation, administration and oversight of lymphedema therapy services. You will develop and update care plans with patients and families, work within physician guidelines and department policies, and supervise therapy staff.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (APTA/AOTA approved) – Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy (APTA/AOTA approved) – Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
• LANA Certification or eligibility to sit for exam – Required
• OT/PT Licenses – Required

Responsibilities

• Implements an individualized treatment plan using skilled therapy techniques and ADL training.
• Evaluates patients and establishes a measurable, functional plan of care with discharge goals.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the medical record and treatment notes.
• Communicates with physicians, caregivers and staff to optimize outcomes.
• Supervises therapy assistants and participates in staff development and interdisciplinary programs.
