Job summary

St. Luke's is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with functional limitations. You will design individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and work with a care team to maximize outcomes.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, set goals, monitor progress, and adjust plans based on clinical reasoning and patient response. Requires a Doctoral or equivalent in Physical Therapy and state licensure.

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state where employed.
• Ability to evaluate and create treatment plans based on patient goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and develop plans to improve movement and reduce pain.
• Provide skilled, patient-centered interventions using evidence-based modalities.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and other providers; document progress and adjust plans.
