Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Physical Therapist who evaluates, diagnoses and manages patients with physical impairments to maximize function.

You will design and implement individualized treatment plans and educate patients and families to promote health and wellness. You will perform initial evaluations, provide skilled interventions, establish goals, document progress, and collaborate with other care providers.

Qualifications

• Accredited PT degree required (Doctoral, Master’s or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy)
• At least 1 year outpatient PT experience preferred
• Licensed/certified to practice physical therapy as applicable
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive initial evaluations and develops treatment plans to improve movement and reduce pain
• Delivers skilled interventions tailored to patient needs using appropriate modalities and equipment
• Collaborates with patients to set short and long-term goals
• Maintains patient records with evaluation findings, treatment plans, responses and changes
• Supervises PTAs and students as assigned
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
• Ensures confidentiality, safety and ethical standards in all interactions
