Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages a full patient caseload with efficient schedule management.
• Evaluates patients and determines movement diagnoses.
• Develops and implements tailored treatment plans.
• Completes accurate medical record documentation.
• Collaborates with billing and referrals to ensure services meet approvals.
• Provides home exercise programs and community referrals.
• Participates in department meetings and continuing education.
