Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires B.S., M.S., or D.P.T. degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current licensure in the applicable state.
• CPR certification (Basic Life Support, Level C).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care assessment and treatment with sound professional judgment and realistic goals; assist patients and families in goal setting.
