Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide patient evaluation and care planning across age groups. You will deliver high-quality, approved therapy and participate in leadership within outpatient rehabilitation.

Role requires a Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy, current state license, and BLS certification. The clinic operates Monday–Friday with some variation based on patient needs and occasional Saturday coverage.

Qualifications

• Requires OT degree and active state license.
• Experience leading patient care planning and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and documents patient needs at admission and ongoing.
• Develops and implements plans of care including discharge planning.
• Advocates for patients and delivers timely, safe care.
• Demonstrates clinical reasoning and evaluates therapy interventions.
• Monitors progress and communicates plan of care to team.
• Provides clinical leadership and mentoring.
