Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses the needs of the patient using evaluation tools and clinical observations.
• Develops treatment plans with goals and methods to achieve identified goals.
• Provides goal-directed treatment in line with OT practice standards and ensures OTAs deliver appropriate services.
• Communicates treatment choices and outcomes with patients, families, care teams and consumers.
• Reports therapy activities and patient performance to the care team.
• Maintains quality standards and participates in organizational improvement initiatives.
• Authorized to have access to medications within the scope of practice.
• Other duties as assigned
