Job summary

CHEP UK Ltd. in Pennsylvania seeks an LVR Representative to execute LTL deliveries/collections, optimize routes, and build customer relationships. This field-based, hybrid role partners with internal teams and customers to grow the CHEP LVR Program while maintaining DOT safety standards.

The position requires a clean driving record, ability to lift 65 lbs, and autonomous work. Remote-friendly with on-site reporting at the Tunkhannock location; English required, Spanish desirable.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and ability to obtain DOT medical card.
• Physically capable of lifting 65 lbs regularly.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience with route optimization and customer relationship management.
• Ability to lead peers indirectly and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CHEP-owned box truck and adhere to all DOT and CHEP safety guidelines.
• Perform daily LTL deliveries and collections at 100+ customer locations.
• Collaborate with customers to drive program compliance and increase collection volumes.
• Document delivery and collection data and report to LVR support personnel.
• Visit potential collection locations to expand the customer base.
• Work with internal teams to develop and execute project plans focused on key operational improvements.
• Act as a resource and trainer for other LVR Representatives.
