Job summary

CHEP USA is seeking a field-based LVR Representative to perform LTL deliveries and collections, optimize routes, and strengthen customer partnerships. The role reports daily from 5530 US-6, Tunkhannock, PA, requiring DOT safety compliance and a strong focus on process improvements.

You will guide teammates, support growth strategies for the LVR program, and ensure safety standards. Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a plus. In-person work location with day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record with ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Physically capable of lifting 65 lbs regularly.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience with route optimization and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CHEP-owned box truck in compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform daily LTL deliveries and collections at 100+ locations.
• Document delivery/collection data and report to LVR support.
• Collaborate with customers to drive program compliance and growth.
• Train teammates on new processes and act as resource for others.
