Job summary

CHEP is hiring a LVR Representative to operate CHEP-owned box trucks for daily LTL deliveries and collections in the Bellport, NY area. You will work with customers and internal teams to optimize routes, ensure DOT safety compliance, and support growth of the LVR program.

This field-based role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and autonomy to work within a matrix environment, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT medical card with no restrictions.
• Physically capable of lifting 65 lbs regularly.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CHEP-owned box truck in compliance with safety regulations and CHEP standards.
• Perform daily LTL deliveries and collections at 100+ customer locations.
• Collaborate with customers to drive program compliance and increase collection volumes.
• Document delivery data (times, mileages, volumes) and report to LVR support personnel.
• Lead peers indirectly and train teammates on new processes.
