FullShift Staffing, LLC provides nursing care within scope of practice to ensure patients' needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines. The role encompasses coordinating with departments, educating families and patients, and timely administration of medications and treatments per facility policy.

Competenze

• LVN license in California required.
• One-year prior nursing management experience preferred.
• Experience in SNF/LTC settings preferred.
• LONG TERM CARE EXPERIENCE

• Understands, participates and assists in implementing the Quality Improvement Program.
