Job summary

Recovery Unplugged Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated LVN or RN to join our nursing team on a full-time weekend shift. You will conduct nursing assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and document care in the electronic medical record to support behavioral health and substance use treatment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient health status, vital signs, and treatment progress.
• Perform admission and triage assessments to determine the appropriateness of treatment services.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, therapists, and other members of the treatment team.
• Participate in treatment planning and support continuity of care.
• Monitor medication administration practices and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Maintain patient and staff safety through adherence to infection control, medication management, and safety protocols.
• Respond appropriately to medical and behavioral health emergencies.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team.
