Job summary

Recovery Unplugged Behavioral Health in Brentwood, TN is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team on a full-time day and night shift. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor health status in a collaborative treatment setting.

Applicants must hold an active nursing license in the state and have experience in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the applicable state.
• Behavioral health or related healthcare settings experience preferred.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy and blood draws.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, client-centered approach to patient care.
• Experience with medication-assisted treatment or related protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical providers.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and health status.
• Observe patients for changes and communicate concerns to medical staff.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection as required.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in line with policies and standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists to support care.
• Assist with admissions, assessments, medication reconciliation, and discharge processes.
• Provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to patients.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and medication protocols.
• Participate in emergency response situations as needed.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. This position plays a vital role in providing direct patient care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring client health, and supporting the overall treatment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical providers.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.
• Observe patients for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate medical staff.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, therapists, and other treatment team members to support patient care.
• Assist with admissions, assessments, medication reconciliation, and discharge processes.
• Support patients with compassionate, professional, and trauma-informed care.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and medication administration protocols.
• Participate in emergency response situations as needed.
