Job summary

Recovery Unplugged Nashville LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our day shift nursing team. This full-time role provides direct patient care, medication administration, and monitoring within a behavioral health program.

You will assess patients, document health status, perform phlebotomy, coordinate with physicians and therapists, and assist with admissions, assessments, and discharges.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the applicable state.
• Experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment preferred.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy and blood draws.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and overall health status.
• Observe patients for changes in condition and communicate concerns to medical staff.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, therapists, and other treatment team members to support patient care.
• Assist with admissions, assessments, medication reconciliation, and discharge processes.
• Support patients with compassionate, professional, and trauma-informed care.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and medication administration protocols.
• Participate in emergency response situations as needed.
