Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Irvine, CA is hiring entry-level nurses for a New Graduate Nurse Program. Starting pay is $30/hour, and new graduate nurses are welcome to apply to gain hands-on clinical experience in home care settings.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, delivering high-quality home nursing care, monitoring patient status, coordinating with physicians and families, documenting care, and educating patients on treatments.

Qualifications

• Must be a newly licensed RN or LVN seeking full-time employment.
• Must be available to work full-time hours including weekends.
• Must travel throughout Orange County and within the county.
• Must commit to remaining in the New Graduate Program for at least one year.
• Hands-on bedside nursing experience in home care is encouraged.
