Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a New Graduate Nurse for its New Graduate Nurse Program in California. This role provides comprehensive training, home-based patient care, and supervision to build bedside nursing skills within a national organization.

Must be newly licensed RN or LVN, available full-time (including weekends), and willing to travel throughout Orange County. Program emphasizes hands-on patient care and clinical growth under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and clinical supervisors to coordinate care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately.
• Educate patients and family members regarding treatments and care plans.
• Follow established nursing standards and clinical protocols.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.
