Salary: $32-40/hr

Maxim Healthcare in Emeryville is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with Pediatric patients in their own homes in the Berkeley and Novato areas.

Schedule

• Novato: Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm
• Berkeley: Monday - Friday, 10:00pm-6:00am (NOC)

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
