Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive practical nursing care including treatments and procedures.
• Room patients, obtain vitals, and administer medications.
• Assist with minor procedures and patient education.
• Document care in electronic health records.
• Coordinate with PACT and RN/MD teams to ensure quality patient care.
