Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse - PAT (Health History Nurse) to support perioperative care at Alta View Surgery Center in Sandy, Utah.

This on-site, full-time role focuses on completing pre-operative interviews, collecting diagnostic results, and communicating variances to physicians and staff. Ideal candidates will have LVN/LPN licensure and strong English communication, with the ability to apply the nursing process and age-appropriate patient care within center

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient.
• Demonstrates the nursing process and clinical skills.
• Strong English communication abilities.

Responsibilities
