Pacific Coast Post Acute in Salinas, CA seeks a licensed LVN for a part-time/on-call role. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and document accurately while collaborating with the care team to ensure comfort, safety, and positive outcomes.

Two years of SNF experience preferred; CA LVN license and BLS/CPR certification are required. Flexible shifts available with competitive hourly pay and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Current and active California LVN license is required.
• 2+ years in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents and promptly report significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Complete accurate documentation of care and observations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote resident outcomes.
